The Supreme Student Council (SSC) conducted the 2nd General Student Assembly on February 16, 2023 at the SLSU Multipurpose Court.

SSC President Mr. Sanny Sarcilla Jr. Opened the program with his message and the accomplishment report of the student organization. The financial report, election and voting protocols, and revision and amendments of selected part of the Constitution and By-laws of the SSC then followed discussed duely by respecting members of the Supreme Student Council. Additionally, Mr. Rey Comabig, Head of the Student and Development Services disclosed some of the activity plans for the Anniversary of Southern Leyte State University (SLSU).

The assembly also included a Teenage Pregnancy Awareness Program in line with the Guidance Awareness Week and Preparation for Earthquake Drill for the upcoming earthquake drill in the SLSU. The assembly ended with an open forum.
