Southern Leyte State U Main Campus celebrates culmination of NSTP students

The National Service Training Program (NSTP) at Southern Leyte State University-Main Campus concluded its successful academic year 2022-2023 with a culmination program held at the Multi-Purpose Court on Thursday, May 25, 2023.

Over 1,000 students were honored for their dedication and completion of the Civic Welfare Training Service (CWTS) component of the program.

The ceremony was a momentous occasion, marking the culmination of the students’ efforts in fulfilling their NSTP requirements. The event showcased the university’s commitment to instilling a sense of civic responsibility and social awareness among its students.

Among the highlights of the ceremony was the recognition of outstanding CWTS students. The university bestowed the awards upon those who demonstrated exceptional commitment and leadership in their service to the community.

Notably, Mr. Jonas P. Maco, Chapter Administrator of the Professional Regulation Commission, graced the event as the esteemed guest speaker.
