The Campus Headliner is the official student publication of Southern Leyte State University-Main Campus. It aims to provide students with the opportunity to be responsible for managing, editing, and producing a publication, educate staff and contributors about the responsibilities and techniques of gathering and disseminating information, provide students with an understanding of the ethical and legal responsibilities that accompany freedom of the press, strive to inform and entertain readers through, provide truthful and intelligent accounts of issues and events presented in a meaningful context, examine and evaluate the goals and values of the university, and provide access to news and information.
