Students, faculty, staff, and personnel of Southern Leyte State University (SLSU) gathered at the university Grandstand for the Color Fun Run kick-off event this early morning, February 26, in celebration of SLSU’s 20th Charter Anniversary.

The activity began with a Zumba and a discussion of the mechanics of the Raffle Draw and the road map of the fun run. Participants got soaked from the water blast, adding color to their white shirts before starting the run.

After clearing the six stations placed in the route of the run, top finishers were awarded medals and cash. Lucky winners randomly drawn by the University President, Dr. Jude A. Duarte, also received cash, food packs, and appliance prizes during the Raffle Draw.
